What does Climatech do?
We supply and install chargers, build civil and electrical infrastructure, provide charging management software (CPMS) and operate chargers as a CPO. Choose the services your project needs.
Do you serve all regions of the Kingdom?
Yes. We can deliver projects in any city across Saudi Arabia and have worked in 17 cities so far.
Are you Saudi-owned?
Yes. Climatech is 100% Saudi-owned and Saudi-operated. Our entire engineering and field staff are based in the Kingdom.
Pricing
How much does it cost to install an EV charger in Saudi Arabia?
Home AC charger installation starts at SAR 4,000, charger included. DC fast chargers for commercial projects start at SAR 45,000. The final cost depends on charger type, power and the existing electrical setup.
Is the survey free?
Yes. Consultation and project site surveys are free. We provide a written quotation within 3 to 5 business days of the survey.
Are there ongoing software fees?
If you use our CPMS, there is a monthly per-charger fee covering monitoring, billing, customer support, and software updates. The price depends on network size, so contact us for a quote.
Technical
What types of chargers do you provide?
We provide AC chargers from 7 kW to 22 kW for residential and commercial use, and DC fast chargers from 30 kW to 400 kW for commercial and public sites.
Which brands do you supply?
We are authorized partners for Wallbox, EVBox, Schneider, ABB, Alpitronic, and Alfanar. We can also source other SASO-certified hardware on request.
Is your platform OCPP compliant?
Yes. Our CPMS complies with OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1 for communication with compatible chargers.
Can you handle SEC approvals on our behalf?
Yes. Our team handles electrical permits and approvals with the Saudi Electricity Company for you.
Service and support
How long does EV charger installation take?
A home charger usually takes 2 to 4 hours to install. Commercial projects take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on project size, civil works and SEC approval times.
Do you provide maintenance services after installation?
Yes. Our maintenance contracts cover preventive and corrective maintenance, technical support and certified spare parts.
What warranty do you offer?
Chargers come with the manufacturer's warranty, 2 or 3 years by default depending on the brand, and every brand offers extended warranty options. We warrant civil and installation works for 2 years.
What is your response time for failures?
Our standard SLA is a 48-hour on-site response in major cities. Sites that cannot afford downtime can upgrade to a 4-hour or 24-hour response.
